The Chenin Blanc originates from a single vineyard block on a Bottelary farm in Stellenbosch, with the block situated at the bottom of a valley where warmer conditions support fuller ripening and the grapes were hand harvested at 22° Balling to preserve balance and precision at harvest. The wine displays expressive notes of ripe stone fruit, pear, and yellow apple, supported by subtle citrus lift.
Oak fermentation adds a gentle creamy, buttery character that rounds the palate, bringing texture and depth
without overpowering the fruit. The result is a well-balanced wine with freshness at its core, layered fruit
expression, and a soft, lingering finish.
