A complex concoction of pears, pineapples, citrus and herbal undertones framed by well integrated oak. Even some elderflower. A sip leads to a concentration of these flavours on the tongue, and with a balanced structure and amazing mouthfeel. This is a serious wine that I am sure top chefs could have fund pairing with their food. And that wine lovers could take in with view.
