Every few years, Cathy and Peter are seized by a passionate Portuguese impulse, compelling them to craft a port-style fortified wine using traditional Portuguese grape cultivars sourced from across the Cape winelands. The result of this fervent undertaking is a richly layered sweet wine, characterized by bold notes of dried fruit and warm spice, complemented by well-integrated hints of oak and toasted nuts. The finish is smooth and generous, with a comforting warmth from the balanced alcohol
